When you’ve been carrying so much for so long, and nothing else seems to help, it can be hard to know where to start. I believe real change begins with feeling truly understood. That’s why my work is grounded in connection, compassion, and collaboration, creating a calm space where you can simply show up as you are. I use evidence-based tools with a steady, compassionate presence. My trauma-informed approach focuses on what happened to you, not on what’s “wrong with you.” I support mind and body to help you process, heal, and step into a sense of safety, clarity, and connection.
