My name is Chelsea, and I’m a mental health therapist who believes in the power of connection, compassion, and showing up just as you are. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or feeling overwhelmed, I’m here to support you with warmth, empathy, and a space where you can truly be yourself.
I’m trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a therapy approach that helps people process and heal from past experiences that may still be affecting their present. I’m also certified in perinatal mental health, and I have a special place in my heart for supporting individuals through the challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting.
Outside of the therapy room, you'll find me reading a good book, biking around town, or spending time in nature — all the things that help me stay grounded and present.
Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating. My approach is laid-back, collaborative, and focused on what matters most to you. You're the expert of your own life — I’m just here to walk alongside you.
